EECP (Enhanced external counterpulsation) locations in China?

Hello,

My mother in law went in to a local hospital in Jinan for chest pain, and to make a long story short, they recommended that she get a coronary stent. My wife, knowing the dangers of getting a stent, told the doctor that she would prefer to go the natural route. He basically told her a stent is the only way to resolve it (and said she needed it right away). When my wife got there, the doctor had already given her mom the pre-surgery medication, but my wife refused to sign the forms to have the stent inserted. I am hoping that there are some better doctors that could work with us to implement a more natural, alternative therapy.

I was wondering if there was a way I could check for EECP locations in China, as this has been shown to be a very effective alternative to stents....I would assume they would have quite few places one could receive this therapy.

Also, I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a naturopathic cardiologist or something similar in Shandong province, preferably in the Jinan area?
