A Practical Chinese Grammar - China ISBN?

OK, probably a dumb question, but is A PRACTICAL CHINESE GRAMMAR, the text often mentioned here that helps flesh out the NPCR, generally available on the Mainland and, if so, is the ISBN the same (9622015956) as listed that on several U.S.-based websites? I know the ISBN's of Mainland books start with a "7" and to save helpless salesclerks from conferring in packs or wandering the aisles in a futile search, the ISBN helps cut to the "meiyou" much more efficiently.

I don't know the ISBN, but I want to clarify that the PCG technically follows the PCR. I don't know how well it goes with the NPCR. It is such a good book, though, that I recommend it as a grammar book even for those not using the PCR books.
