mjklin Posted May 3, 2012 at 05:05 PM Report Posted May 3, 2012 at 05:05 PM The great tool DimSum (http://www.mandarintools.com/dimsum.html) has the ability to take an inputted text and append a list of the words used at the bottom, by order of appearance, by frequency, or by alpha, with the pinyin and definitions. All I'm interested in for the moment is the list of the words themselves in order of appearance, but I'd like to use an online solution. Does anyone know if there is one? Most online dictionaries like Nciku will truncate a text after so many words, which is why DimSum is so great. Quote

icebear Posted June 8, 2012 at 07:43 AM Report Posted June 8, 2012 at 07:43 AM That's the offline app, which is Windows only. Those on Mac will find this useful, although it doesn't (yet) have a frequency sort feature. http://www.byzanti.co.uk/ Quote
