Is HK and Taiwan version weibo, accesable in mainland China ?

If I register in HK weibo, will my weibo look different than China weibo ?

Coz HK weibo 廣場 look different than the Chiina one?

And same as the HK weibo "individual page" look different too.

I tried to register for a HK weibo, but something went wrong at the last step.

Then I tried to re-register and they said i need to activate/ verify some sort.

But I recieved no email.

Look at these and you will know the difference:

The Sina.com Weibo has both traditional and simplified version of Chinese, which are for HK and Mainland respectively.

The Mainland version has an option to select "Hong Kong" "Taiwan" "Overseas" or "Other" when registering. Selecting these options removes the 身份证 requirement. Would selecting these affect the account in any way?

I went to HK weibo page (see link above), and try to apply weibo there, in hope to get a HK weibo.

But still send me back to China weibo.
