I am from Colombia. I am applying by a scholarship a I got a letter from a teacher of at University in China but this letter is in mandarin and the letter is scanned image I have not could know its meaning.

Let me just point out two things: They seem to be expecting a student who graduated from Columbia University in the US, not a graduate from Colombia the country. Two: the language of instruction is going to be Chinese. If any of these are wrong, it might be wise to contact the university about it.
