Cannot copy web qq messages using Linux Mint

Recommended Posts

Posted

I have Linux Mint on my pc and am using the web based qq messenger. It works pretty well but I cannot copy text from the qq messages and paste it into my dictionary or any other program. How should I approach fixing this problem? Is it likely to be a font issue?

I don't use qq, but I think it is some bad scripting on that web page rather than a font issue. Maybe the greasemonkey has a fix for it.

I´m not sure how to help, but I just checked in Ubuntu 12.04, and have no problem copying from web.qq.com.

If you use qq on the mobile page, can you copy text from a message that you have received?
