How to input simplified characters using XP's Cangjie?

I am trying to figure out how to input simplified chinese using Windows XP's cangjie IME. I can input some characters, like 国 (country), but can't figure out 说 (say) or 来 (come). I've tried using the database at Wiktionary <http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/Wiktionary:Chinese_Pinyin_index> to look up codes, but sometimes they don't work. Why do different Cangjie IME use seemingly different codes?

AFAIK the Cangjie IME included with Windows only supports entring codes for the traditional character forms. The simplified character option then outputs the equivalent simplified character. For instance to enter 国 you'll have to enter the code for 國...

If you want to enter codes for the simplified forms, you'll need a third-party IME, try http://www.chinesecj.com/, in the download section you should find 倉頡第五代國際版. It's free, and I find it far superior to the one included with Windows.
