lonny tao Posted June 2, 2012 at 09:16 AM Report Posted June 2, 2012 at 09:16 AM What means the porcelain tablet, has it something to do with zodiac? I can read only one Chinese Character and that is the character for dog (on the right, is that ok?) And Chinese stamps on the bottom of porcelain that I do not understand because ther also letters n and s on it. N and s is not Chinese writing I believe so. Greetings Lonny. Quote
外国赤佬 Posted June 2, 2012 at 05:31 PM Report Posted June 2, 2012 at 05:31 PM The first one says 祥獅獻瑞. Can't read the seal script on the second one. 1 Quote
skylee Posted June 3, 2012 at 03:14 AM Report Posted June 3, 2012 at 03:14 AM The label on the second picture says "景昌瓷莊". The two characters on the right next to N and S are 尼尔, which may be translated to Neil. Quote
lonny tao Posted June 3, 2012 at 04:05 AM Author Report Posted June 3, 2012 at 04:05 AM Thanks for the answers but I was needing a English translation of the tablet. And on the other porcelain a name that means Neil? This is the first time that I see a name like this on porcelain. Maybe the porcelain is not old, I don`t know, maybe someone else can read the seal script. Quote
