Do you find that learning vocabulary by picture association is better than using direct translations, but are put off by the difficulty of creating picture flashcards manually? My friend, an English teacher and Russian learner, has created a utility that allows you to quickly, painlessly, make a picture dictionary, making use of Google Images to find appropriate images for your words. The resulting flashcards can then simply be printed. It works in any language and is free.
