sleepy eyes Posted June 15, 2012 at 08:59 AM Report Posted June 15, 2012 at 08:59 AM Hi, everyone. I remember reading here on the forums that you could finish your Master's in China in two instead of three years. I've been searching but couldn't find this information again. I'll start my second year this September and I decided to take that route. Everyone keeps me referring to my supervisori, but he's away now and I won't be able to contact him for a while. Can anyone help me? The more detailed the information, the better. I remember it was something like: finishing your thesis (obviously), publishing x number of papers (3?) and something else. Thanks in advance. Quote
roddy Posted June 15, 2012 at 09:35 AM Report Posted June 15, 2012 at 09:35 AM The postgraduate admissions office (or some office of some sort) at your university should be able to tell you, no? If it's possible, you're not going to be the first person to have done it . Quote
kdavid Posted June 15, 2012 at 12:49 PM Report Posted June 15, 2012 at 12:49 PM This is something I've been looking into at my university. I'm also going into the second year of my MA this coming fall. I was told by the registrar office that this is completely up to my adviser. Seeing how we actually complete all of our work prior to the final semester, graduating at least a semester early is possible. With that said, each university is going to be different. I'd contact your adviser. Quote
