Gyms around CUC/BISU

Hello

Was wondering if anyone knows any gyms around Communication University of China/Beijing International Studies University.

Am looking for somewhere with machines, free weights and a swimming pool, but its near impossible to find anything in this part of the city on the usual expat websites.

I know that BISU has a little pool and that CUC has a gym with just free weights, but would much prefer not having to pay 2 membership fees -.- If anyone knows of anywhere at all, it would be greatly appreciated
