First week in China, in Harbin - Meet up?

I'll have about 10 days in Harbin before I move into my dorm-room at Harbin Normal Uni. I arrive on the night of Aug 16th. Anyone interested in meeting up for a drink or to check out the city?

As a local here, I have to mention that you must pay attention to cars not only lights when you are crossing a road, because some drivers often break the red light making others dangerous.
