title of a poem

I'm attempting to translate a poem by He Qifang, this one:

再 赠

你裸露的双臂引起我

想念你家乡的海水，

那曾浴过你浅油黑的肤色，

和你更黑的发更黑的眼珠。

你如花一样无顾忌地开着，

南方的少女，我替你忧愁。

忧愁着你的骄矜，你的青春，

且替你度着迁谪的岁月。

蹁跹在这寒冷的地带，

你不知忧愁的裁子，

你愿意飞入我的梦里吗，

我梦里也是一片黄色的尘土？

Most of it I get, some of it I can find, but I cannot figure out the title. What should I make of this?

And as I'm here... What does 裁子 mean in the third last line?

Re the title, perhaps it is the second poem (after 贈人) dedicated to his cousin? Perhaps something like "another gift/dedication" etc?

Thanks so much! Blog is behind the firewall, but with 燕子 it actually becomes translatable. Now to find a nice Dutch solution for the title.

I think it can be translated as "regifted".
