Hi. I am looking for a good resource with free sample Chinese business documents, like consulting contracts, employment contracts, letters of intent.

Does anybody know of a good website that would have free sample Chinese language business documents of this type? I've searched the forums here and online generally without any luck. All I could find was Business in a Box, but there was no way to review the documents first before seeing what I was paying a couple hundred bucks for.

Any help would be appreciated.
