Groin Kick :D - __陰腿

I'm having a hard time finding this first character.

I have the left radical, 扌and I've tried some other radicals, but all I can find is this: 撩

The translation given is "groin kick", but I'm not sure if that's right (this document is pretty old).

You're right, it's 撩陰腿. Here's a baike link explaining it (note, 陰 is simplified to 阴 in the link):

I suspect the first character is either an error, as the boat radical is not necessary, or a variant of 撩. But it is not listed in the TW MOE Variant Dictionary -> http://dict.variants...ra/fra01669.htm

Does this really imply a kick to the groin? Lifting yin leg...

Yes. From the Baidu article:

撩阴腿,又称撩阴脚.是指以脚面撩击对手裆部

or basically, it's an attack delivered by an upward sweep of the foot into the opponent's groin
