student club for writing?

I'm wondering if there's any club held by Chinese learners in language centers in Taiwan, especially for the news reading or writing practice one? It could be just like The Student Post, which is student-oriented, only differing in that all the articles are written by Chinese learners and the content is about life experience, learning experience, opinion, culture difference...etc..

If you have any information about this existential(?) club or interested in this idea, please let me know :wink:
