hainandao Posted September 7, 2012 at 08:46 AM Report Posted September 7, 2012 at 08:46 AM 大家好, This is my forst post on the forum and I've been using the site for a while before coming to China. I was wondering if anyone out there in Beijing was riding fixed? I know there are a few stores across the city selling those 'Create' bikes that i've seen fall apart mid-traffic back in London. I've heard about 'Natooke?' too which sounds much more legit. Anyone have any experience/advice on buying a bike?? I'm also 6'3" so off the rack might not be too ideal haha Looking forward to your replies... HND Quote
New Members FlashZac Posted September 9, 2012 at 01:23 PM New Members Report Posted September 9, 2012 at 01:23 PM I was looking for a fixie myself but didn't want to spend too much. The going rate for one seems to be circa 1k RMB from those pick-n-mix(of parts) stores, not sure if they're the once you're talking about. I ended up buying a single-gear bike from Ganji.com that was previously fixed gear, but I think the girl changed the gear so that it's no longer fixed. Not sure if Ganji is helpful given your height, but here's the link to the cyling section anyway: http://sh.ganji.com/zixingchemaimai/. Quote
