CSLPod- Timeouts?

Does anyone use CSLPod? I currently have a three month subscription.

It seems whenever I study for five minutes, a red bar suddenly appears at the bottom of the webpage and flashes the word 'message.' But there is no message. Instead all the study content disappears and you have to refresh to get it back.

I've tried it on several browsers and the same thing. Is it a timeout? I wrote to the tech guys and as they haven't gotten around to answering for over a week I thought I'd post it here.

Hi, bluetortilla, does CSLPOD really work? I tried their Pin Yin Tool. And it's really a good tool for newbies. Subscribe it or not... this is my question.

I guess you're asking if it's been effective for me. I haven't done enough lessons to give you a definitive answer, but I can say it's very well organized and professionally done. The audio seems very natural too. It's also consistent. And there are no distracting and irrelevant bells and whistles.

I haven't used it long, but I'd recommend subscribing.
