And alos another question, the grammar of Chinese spoken in Taiwan is the same as in China (Mandarin)?

TOP is now called TOCFL.

Not identical, but for the sake of test preparation, I think they can be considered to be the same. What I mean is that I don't think you will find patterns and grammar points that you've never seen if you only pass one of the tests and then try the other.
