Chinese Hallmark On Silver Vase

I recently acquired a silver vase which I believe was made in Shanghai by Luen Wo during the last quarter of the 19th century to early 20th century. on the right side of the LW hallmark it has this hallmark which might be the name of the silversmith who actually made this item or possibly the year it was made in. I would really appreciate any help I could get in translating what this hallmark says

Thanks a Bunch!

Looks a bit like 甲安 to me, but with a lot of extra strokes tossed in for fun.

華安... It's just like someone's name...

The same name was used by Stephen Cho in his comdie movie 唐伯虎點秋香...

華安:在下就是小淫蟲周伯通~~~
