Translation needed (trying to identify a song)

I have been trying to identify this song for the longest time.... the intro (from 0:00 - 1:35)

The video is from the anime City Hunter Cantonese dub i believe

I tried googling but i can only find info about the japanese OST.

Can someone help translate the text in this video to help me identify song... possibly 0:40 has some information about the song?

or better yet if someone knows what song this is (artist/name). All help is greatly appreciated thanks!

It's the Hong Kong megastar Andy Lau (刘德华, Liú Déhuá), singing what I guess is the title song to this animation series (singing in Cantonese). The title used for the song is simply the title of the animation series, "City Hunter" (城市獵人).Googling [ "刘德华" "城市猎人" ] will get you a ton of search hits.

Here is the karaoke version on Youtube - all the people and companies behind the song are listed at the beginning of the clip. That's probably more information than you'll ever need on this catchy pop song from 1990.

Sounds cool, and love the lyrics: "E.T.话我知, Batman话我知, Mark哥话我知" ...what the..??!!
