actually it's a label for a piece of art (a photo of Beijing opera?) but the seal does have a place name: 北京映艺术中心 映画廊

Google says it's inside the 798 art center.

They have a Flash map page, and you will see 映艺术中心 (Inter Art Center) when you mouseover the "F7" dot. (N.B. Don't confuse Qīxīng["Seven star"] Middle Street with all the other different variants of "Seven star" streets and "Seven star" roads on that map.)

映艺术中心 (Inter Art Center) has a Google Plus page with its own pin on Google Maps, which shows it's exactly where that previous Flash map said it would be. As you might have seen on that Flash map, that entire district, in the northeast of Beijing, and as large as around 9 blocks, is an "Art Zone", and this "789 Art Zone" even has its own Wikipedia page.

So now I guess you can go there or contact them to get more art photographs or whatever it is you need from them. Happy collecting!
