beamish Posted February 17, 2005 at 11:28 AM Report Posted February 17, 2005 at 11:28 AM Hello everybody. A colleague who teaches Spanish literature in a Spanish secondary school is looking for the first page of any Chinese version (Mandarine, I suppose) of Don Quijote, the Spanish classic. Could somebody help? This is part of a project to commemorate this book's 400th anniversary, where school students from different countries living in Spain will be reading the first page of Don Quijote in their respective languages. My colleague has already got Arabic, Russian, Rumanian and other versions, but a Chinese one has proved much harder to get - at least without having to travel to a special museum many miles away. So if somebody can help, they'll be helping some Chinese school students in Spain to have their own moment of glory! Many thanks cmartinezb@ono.com Quote
