Help with Picture Writing Late 1800- Early 1900 Pocket Watch

I have a pocket watch that is Swiss Made. On the face is the part I need help on. Can anyone help me on this? has anyone seen this before?

The brand is Bovet (播喴), it seems.

I believe the first character must be a variant of 威, while the second is 播. Read from right to left and you get something that sounds like: Bovet.

Bovet Fleurier SA is a Swiss brand of luxury watchmakers chartered May 1, 1822 in London, U.K. by Édouard Bovet. It is most famous for its pocket watches manufactured for the Chinese market in the 19th century.

So it's safe to say it's a BOVET? It's stamped SWISS MADE inside as well as BOVET stamped inside which matches the face of the watch. Seems this is a rare piece.
