Hi, does anyone have any information about studying in Hunan.

I'm considering applying there for the CSC or confucius scholarship for 1 year of language.

Are Hunan university/hunan normal university/central south university's language department any good?

any other information would be useful. Also, how would the city of Changsha compare to other places in China. Would is be somewhat like Chengdu in terms of people/size of city ?
