Google Offers has a 1 year livemocha membership for $39. Is it any good?

Sorry I can't provide a link, as I can't seem to get it to work on my phone. But check out Google Offers or search it; it should be easy to find.

Anyone used the site? Is it worth 39 bucks for a 1 year membership? I took 2 years of Chinese in college, and I basically am looking for ways to refresh my skills and learn new vocabulary.

It looks to be about 60% off the standard price, but ice heard mixed reviews. Thanks for any input.
