Mandarin Quality in Kunming - university price

I'm considering different places to study Chinese and I see some of you like Kunming due to the class size and price.

Some questions:

1. How is the mandarin in Kunming? That is, I know people from Wuhan who have trouble saying their "n" or "l" (can't remember) but when they say "nao" it might sound like "lao". I was wondering if this was also a problem in Kunming.

2. How much less does it cost to attend class in Kunming vs Beijing?

3. Is the University internationally accredited so that classes or degrees received there can be applied in the states?

Lastly, does anyone have a website for the Kunming university.

Thanks much.
