Script writing on lamp, need translation please

Hello I have a traditional Korean lamp with some writing on it and I was hoping someone here could help tell me what it says.

Im sure it is just something generic, but I still would like to know. The image quality is not great but if you need to zoom in just hold Ctrl and press the + button.

Googling an excerpt from it (則漢室中興可以為有成之韓) indicates that it's from a Ming Dynasty work called the Huangdun Corpus (篁墩文集). But what comes before and after this snippet isn't in the original text, so it may just be randomly selected snippets from old bodies of literature.
