Didn't get moved across in the server move.

I've added the smaller 2000 phrases list here. I'm having trouble uploading the larger one (it's over 2MB) through the forum software, so here is the direct link to it on the old server.

I did not see these items translated when I downloaded the first2000phrases file. So, I dumped them into Dim Sum for a 2 second conversion. I also added a syllable column and completed the traditional column. At any rate, seems to have turned out nice. Let me know if you see otherwise.
