Reference page for resources?

Is there some place on this forum that has a list of books used to help learn reading, writing, etc? also of computer/tablet apps? and, most importantly, the sources of such?

This list doesn't include books, but has a lot of useful websites/applications.

That's some pretty vague requests - if you can be specific, there may be existing discussions. There's a least one long ongoing discussion of iOS apps, for example.

Lists like that are a little problematic. They get out of date very quickly, you really need someone to curate them, and you get a constant stream of people trying to get their book or site or app onto the list.

Yes, I understood the difficulty even before I posted the question, and you are right. A lot of people who use this forum do so in good faith and are very conscientious about helping and contributing but there are some that are looking for their next meal. Thanks for the link given. I will post the need for my question as a new post.
