It's Japanese, not Chinese. I think it supposed to be "time of cholera," as in the novel "Love in the Time of Cholera," but it should be written コレラの時間.

Are you sure it's not supposed to be "the time/duration of these things"... ?

Eg.

何々や何々や何々、これらの時間がblah blah blah

I would find it pretty obscure and weird to see Love in the Time of Cholera written by a non-Japanese person as it appears to have been (that or a toddler), on top of the fact that it would be コレラ instead.

Anyway, turns out the book title is "コレラの時代の愛"

In Chinese the book's name is 愛在瘟疫漫延時. An extremely romantic name imho.
