Not really, but I need to know how to express this in medical terminology.

Is 阑尾穿孔 the standard phrase? Could I say: “我的阑尾穿孔了”?

What verb would be used to express other types of "explosions" of various organs?

Consider 我的盲腸穿了 or 我得了盲腸炎 (if it is an inflammation).

Sorry I don't know. I just don't think I would use the terms 闌尾 or 闌尾炎.

So what we usually call 盲腸炎 is in fact 闌尾炎. Although 盲腸 and 闌尾 are not the same, as the term 盲腸炎 is commonly used to refer to 闌尾炎 by the public and medical practitioners, the terms are interchangeable.

盲腸 is the colloquial term for appendix, despite the fact that in medical terminology it refers to the cecum, while 闌尾 is the more precise medical term for appendix, I believe.
