Visa requirements to work in a Representative Office

Hi all,

An italian company offered me to work for their Representative Office in Beijing, what kind of visa should I apply for?

Can I get a Z visa or do I have to apply for a business visa?

If I apply for a Z visa do I have to be a "foreing expert" or not?

Major problem: I don't have the two years experience required to get a Z visa and my boss is not happy about making up some references, is there any other solutions?

What are the risks?
