XiongNu Posted March 16, 2013 at 04:26 PM Report Posted March 16, 2013 at 04:26 PM So the HSK total score is apparently 300, the listening and reading have 50 questions each and the writing section has one big questions. So how does that add up to 300? And do I have to do the oral test? I don't really want to take it now but I do want to take the written test. Is it a complete qualification without the oral test? Thank you so much if you can answer these questions for me. Quote
edelweis Posted March 16, 2013 at 06:15 PM Report Posted March 16, 2013 at 06:15 PM it's quite simple, listening, reading and writing each count for 100 pts. On the multiple choice question parts (listening and reading), your grade is proportional to the number of correct answers. How the writing is graded is a mystery. (BTW I assume you're writing about level 6 of the new HSK). You don't have to take the oral test at the same time as the written test, they are usually organized separately. As to "a complete qualification" that depends entirely on what you want the certificate for. You can read more on http://chinesetest.cn, especially here and there. Quote
easMonstret Posted March 17, 2013 at 01:47 PM Report Posted March 17, 2013 at 01:47 PM 50 questins per section where the maximum score is 100 points. I guess you can get two point per question. Two points for right and one point for close but wrong. Quote
