Every time I access the Chinese-forums.com page from my 'droid, my tablet tells me that there is an iphone app to access this page. Is there an android app to do this as well?

Look for the Tapatalk Android app.

it shouldn't be giving you a notification every time, just the first time you visit - do you disable cookies or anything? Or maybe it's just not working.
