Nowadays, there is a very popular word in the internet ,which is , “the dream is very plentiful ,while reality is so bone feeling”. Many people, especially those who graduate from college or university not very long, think it’s true of the present situation in our society. People always have wonderful dreams; however, when facing the reality, dreams become nothing but dreams.

Well, ladies and gentleman, I come here to tell you all that, I completely disagree with this idea. In my point of view, dream is consistent with reality. The relationship between them is that reality is the original of dream, but dream is higher than reality and help us contribute to make reality better.

It’s the reality that makes Luxun determined be a writer to wake those indifference people, it’s the reality that makes Martin Luther King fright against segregationist and racist, it’s the reality that makes all Chinese people unit together to help victims in Wenchuan earthquake. Meanwhile, it’s also the dream that contributes to making the reality better thus their life become more significant. So those words saying reality and dream are against each other make no sense.

It’s true that everyone has his dreams, but surely not everyone can realize his dreams. Everyone faces the same reality, but the results are totally different. Why? Why can some dreams come out to be reality while others can just be dreams or even become jokes?

In my opinion, to realize our dream, to make our dreams become reality, we should experience a series of procedures.

First of all, we should recognize the reality .As we know, the ideal stems from the reality. Without knowing the reality, how can we have correct and reasonable dreams, to say nothing of realizing those dreams? It’s known that Tong Ji Goethe is an odd and even a joke. I think he is a tragedy as he completely ignores the reality but wants to rebuild chivalry. His only mortal fault is that his self-value and dreams are against entire society current. So in order not to repute this tragedy again, we must recognize the reality before we start our work.

Then, we need to think about our dreams. Many aspects decide what our dreams are, like hobby, belief, the influence of our parents, and so on. We are human beings, we choose what we are. Anyway, whatever our dreams are, they should never be against our conscience, moral and law.

Finally, keep working on our dreams, which is the most important and difficult thing to realize dreams. If you do nothing, then you gain nothing. Reality is fair to everyone. Many people complaint that reality is so cruel that they can nearly do nothing about it. But how many people have ever thought what they have done for their dreams?

Ok, let’s back to the question. Why sometimes reality seems so unfair to us? Why sometimes we still gain nothing even when we have worked so hard?

Well, it’s not a matter of the relationship between reality and dream. The answers exist in us. Have you had clear understanding about the circumstances you are in? Have you ever thought about your dream itself? Have you really made up your mind to realize your dreams? Can you answer these questions and say “YES”?

So, ladies and gentlemen, it’s up to us to realize our wonderful dreams instead of the reality. In conclusion, dream and reality are not contradictory at all, in fact, they are consistent. Our dreams can come out if we are determined enough and follow correct ways. We will never feel perplexed at our dreams in social reality. It’s we who change the world!!
