Master degree in Chinese, admission competitiveness

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I'm thinking about studying in China for my Master degree, preferably at a relatively reputable university like Chongqing or Wuhan (don't want to go to Shanghai or Beijing). I'm German and would like to do the degree in Chinese, not take the English one. How competitive is the application? Some friends from Hong Kong said it's relatively easy for White people to get accepted, is that true? Or do I need excellent grades to get into a top institution

Thanks for all replies.
