I will visit China - Zhoushan island in the second half of May. Does anyone know how or where I can watch the Champions league final on tv?

maybe CCTV5 on TV, or you can watch it online such as SOUHU website (搜狐网), SINA website (新浪网).

I could tell you a dozen places in Beijing, but it will be on TV all over China with millions watching. You can definitely watch it at home, but also shouldnt be hard to find some other football fans in any other place with a TV that stays open that long.

I really think it should be possible to find a place. Can you make it to Ningbo? I think there is an Irish pub called Shamrock there - they should definitely show it.
