Are there still Chinese websites readable in . gif images?

Hi to all !!

Well, I´m in a trouble: My PC is broken and only I can access the internet through my cell phone.

This device is not very modern and it does not visualize chinese characters. So, I want to know if you know about some websites that show the texts (news, readings, miscelaneous texts...etc) in .gif images format. Please help me.

I would fix your PC.

You could try to find a conversion service that handles Chinese. Like this, but which handles Chinese.
