Good free/cheap podcasts/apps/mp3s for Mandarin and Cantonese that aren't too big?

As above. I know it's a lot to ask, but as a contractor in rural areas my Internet access is limited to my mobile phone plan, hence the need for the portable file format (podcast, apps, mp3s etc) and small size (hence YouTube is no go). I have an Android phone, so no iTunes stuff please. The cheaper the better, but if anyone knows of something really outstanding that is really worth the cost, I'd like to hear of it.

My level is absolute beginner for both, though I know slightly more Cantonese than Mandarin.
