I look up each character or word and I practise reading it aloud. As the news article was boring, I decided to try your manual. Unfortunately, it is one of these pieces of Chinese text that is difficult to understand even after looking up all the characters/words. I have typed it all out. You can try cut 'n' pasting it into mdbg or google translate. The first line should probably read:- 1 : Before using the machine, open the water valve, never use (the machine while it is) dry. I am not sure of any of the rest of the instructions - sorry. 一:开机前必须打开水阀,严禁干操作。 二:鹌鹑蛋在剥壳前挑出破损的并均匀破壳。 三:将破壳好的蛋倒入蛋斗,使之均匀滚到剥壳胶管上。 四:调节好拍蛋螺母,如出现蛋容易破损,则将拍蛋器往上调节。若出现剥壳不干净,则反之将拍蛋器往下调节,直到最佳状态。 五:由于蛋的大小不一,破壳不匀,会有小部分剥壳不净,需人工挑出重新剥壳。 六:壳结束,将胶管处冲洗干剥净,以使下次使用。 七:经常检查皮是否松动,及时调节皮带松紧,使之正常使用。 八:正常使用下出现异常故障,请及时与本公司联系。 煮蛋注意事项 1。最好是购买3-6天的鹌鹑蛋剥出来的效果最好。 2。煮蛋前将鹌鹑蛋放至水中泡5-10 分钟,让其充分吸收水份。 3. 等水100度的时候,把鹌鹑蛋轻轻倒进锅中,并轻轻搅动,防止偏黄。水煮开之后,先不要急着捞出来。鹌鹑蛋煮上15分钟左右。 4. 轻轻捞出已经煮好的蛋。放至冷水中泡5分钟左右再进行均匀破壳。 5. 将破好壳的蛋放到冷水泡5分钟左右再进行剥壳。 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

PS: Sloppy Chinese, it could also mean "Before shelling the eggs, take out those damaged and evenly break their shells, but this doesn't make sense. Help!
