hey im new here, i am looking to build a chinese website for students to learn english, it will be very interactive website, and leaderboards, where students can get rewards and badges as they progress through levels. I am trying to find a chinese speaking student to work with me? where do you think i can look?

Universities, secondary schools and cram schools come to mind. This here is a forum mainly for foreigners learning Chinese, so pretty much the opposite of what you're looking for.

There are a lot of English learning forums for Chinese speakers. I would recommend asking in places like those. I agree with dnevets comment and how will the website work. Are the lessons video based and so forth.
