What news channels do you guys like? I know some news channels talk too fast, so I want to start with the ones that talk slower 3. liuzhou Posted June 6, 2013 at 12:20 PM Report Share Posted June 6, 2013 at 12:20 PM We guys are a lot of different people. Some speak and read Chinese fluently; some are total beginners. Most are somewhere inbetween. There is no one answer to your questions 1 or 2. But, you don't actually say what it is you are offering. Subtitles for Chinese news? As to legal issues (Q3), adding English subtitles to Chinese news videos then distributing them would be a breach of copyright. The intellectual property rights of both the news broadcasts and the text you translate belong to the originators, not you. roddy Posted June 7, 2013 at 11:53 AM Report Share Posted June 7, 2013 at 11:53 AM I think it's pinned in General Discussion - that section doesn't get Google-indexed, which may be why you can't find it.
