li3wei1 Posted June 12, 2013 at 03:05 PM Report Share Posted June 12, 2013 at 03:05 PM Anyone know what this means? It's a medical procedure for someone with leukemia. It's an injection of something, and it may be shorthand for something longer? Thanks!

skylee Posted June 13, 2013 at 02:27 AM Report Share Posted June 13, 2013 at 02:27 AM One question: I didn't know anything about the question li3wei1 asked. All I did was pasting 打小阿糖 on to google.com.hk and pressing return and I found useful (or at least relevant) results at the top of the first page (the first result was this thread). So my question is, does the search engine matter? I mean was it because I used google.com.hk and / or because I was in HK that I could find the info? Or, was it because I could recognise the relevant info (because I am more proficient in Chinese)? This is a genuine question.
li3wei1 Posted June 13, 2013 at 06:16 AM Author Report Share Posted June 13, 2013 at 06:16 AM Both, I think. Google.co.uk doesn't return the same results. Also, the material I found it in is from HK, if that makes any difference. Also, when I had googled it previously I found a few medical terms, but my Chinese wasn't good enough to narrow it down.
