Demian Posted July 1, 2013 at 07:16 PM Report Posted July 1, 2013 at 07:16 PM I discovered this wonderful tool today. I am using it to make 百科百度 look like this: Yes, they are traditional characters. I am aware that simplified-traditional character conversion is not a one-on-one affair. There are difficulties. I think even the Chinese Wikipedia has editors who manually correct mistakes. Tong Wen Tang is a piece of software. Does anyone know if it's sufficiently intelligent to avoid most common pitfalls of conversion? Has anyone used it? How good or bad are the resutls? Thank you! navaburo Posted July 2, 2013 at 09:15 AM Report Posted July 2, 2013 at 09:15 AM Try taking a text originally in traditional, convert it to simplified (easy), then use your tool to convert back. Check for discrepancies. Quote
