qlon Posted July 12, 2013 at 04:24 PM Report Posted July 12, 2013 at 04:24 PM Hello, Everyone I need assistance in converting the original, hand-written, to text so I can make wedding invitations for my cousin. Your help will be instrumental in this ongoing process! Quote
skylee Posted July 12, 2013 at 04:32 PM Report Posted July 12, 2013 at 04:32 PM This is so strange. You need to make the wedding invitations based on something you can't read? And your cousin can't help you with it? Quote
qlon Posted July 12, 2013 at 04:43 PM Author Report Posted July 12, 2013 at 04:43 PM We don't have the knowledge to covert it to computerized text, such as: 封神演義. Once we have it in computerized text, we then can copy-and-paste it on to a program and design the wedding invitations with the help of my uncle. And, to answer your question, we were never taught nor educated in reading and writing in chinese; my uncle hand-wrote the wedding invitation, but he doesn't know how to type it out on a computer, because he is 62 years old. Again, sorry if their was some misunderstanding of some sort. Quote
skylee Posted July 13, 2013 at 12:52 AM Report Posted July 13, 2013 at 12:52 AM I have typed it in the attached file. PS - I am just curious, is the bridegroom's name Nguyen or Yuen? or Ruan? wedding invitation.doc 2 Quote
