Apart from the formality level, taking meaning into consideration, can these be interchangeable? or at least the first two?

In general, what is the difference between the three?

I thought that

对。。。来说 was "In x opinion"

while 拿。。。来说 was more like "take x for example". Like if you want to bring someone into the conversation as an exemplar of what you are talking about.

就...而言 as far as ... is concerned, speaking of ...

对...来说 to ..., in ...'s opinion

拿...来说 take ... for instance

就我而言 is if you're going to talk about you, like "hey, speaking of me, I'm going to be quite the celebrity some day soon." 就我而言 sounds a bit narcissistic to me. Certainly not something I would preface my opinion with. You put what you want to talk about in the ... space.

就我国的经济发展趋势而言，...

In terms of the direction of our country's economic development, ...

As I translated that I realized that "in terms of..." is probably a better translation for 就...而言.
