In Malaysia and Singapore, people use 厲害 to express someone is good at something, eg. "你真厲害﹗", and 公司 for sharing, "我和你公司這塊蛋糕", and 罷了to replace 而以, 我只有一塊錢罷了, etc.

are they correct chinese?

公司 means company ,与... 分享 is to share sth with sb.

罷了=而已

About 公司, are you sure they aren't saying something along the lines of 共吃 with a strong accent?

Are you talking about people who speak Mandarin or some other dialect like Min or Hakka, which predominate in the region? Perhaps in those dialects 公司 does mean together, but it seems highly unlikely to mean that in Mandarin.

no, coz it isn't use for eating only.

They are included in a mandarin conversation and pronouced as in mandarin, I guess they came from Min, if they are linked to the dialect, could they be called "slang" or broken chinese?
