defargo Posted September 16, 2013 at 12:18 AM Report Share Posted September 16, 2013 at 12:18 AM Could anyone please verify the meaning of that Tattoo. I`m a bit worried that its one of the "I like Chicken with onions" kind of tattoos. Thanks in advance.
machinarium Posted September 16, 2013 at 09:45 AM Report Share Posted September 16, 2013 at 09:45 AM I guess it probably means to wish you have a lot of pleasure and happiness. Looks like an idiom but not so sure. Seems like there's a word on the right? Can you also show that?

zyx199199 Posted October 13, 2013 at 10:29 AM Report Share Posted October 13, 2013 at 10:29 AM Actually, there is no such word "喜气福望" in Chinese. And it does not comfort to the rules by which we coin words. But, even it does not exist, just looking at those four characters, my instinct would tell me that its meaning is related to festivals, happiness and luck. renzhe Posted October 13, 2013 at 02:45 PM Report Share Posted October 13, 2013 at 02:45 PM Looks like four characters with positive meanings put together: Joy Qi Happiness Hope People often tattoo one of these, this looks like someone got greedy and tatooed four at once.
