New Members just_a_geek Posted September 22, 2013 at 03:38 PM New Members Report Posted September 22, 2013 at 03:38 PM So, my colleague show me his tattoo made a lot of time ago, saying it says "peace". Well, barely knowing Chinese I was pretty sure that it doesn't, and a quick google search confirmed it. Now I know what it NOT means, but still do not know what it means. Tried some tools and radical lists before posting, but without luck. So, any help will be appreciated. Quote
renzhe Posted September 22, 2013 at 05:00 PM Report Posted September 22, 2013 at 05:00 PM Well, the first character is 泰 and it means "peaceful". The second one is an obscure version of 歡/欢. It means "happy, glad". No idea if the word makes sense, can't find it in any dictionary in any case. Quote
